How they treat their employees, can’t even give one star!!!
Our business of 30 years was bought out by TD. He gave it a go for over 26 months and could no longer deal with the BS they put him through.
Mentally and physically, it took a huge tole on him. You would think, after being grandfathered in at 30 years service, they would have offered some sorta severance. No, they did not. Also, wouldn't give him the rest of his PTO time because he put in his notice.
Also, health insurance we pay for apparently was dropped his last day. They offered him a little over a $100 a week to stay. What a damn joke. This is just another corporation putting more money in the big man's pockets and *** their employees who made the stores what they are.
You can't just come to the south and take over mom-and-pop stores and expect success. I know of at least 5 maybe 6 employees who have walked in the last 3/4 months after the non compete clause was over. Our partner before TD kept saying hang in there, Ill talk to them. I see a great future for you.
Well in the long run he was only looking out for himself and his money. Which should be no surprise. That's how the rich get richer, right? I hope he sleeps well at night knowing the company he brought in has caused at least 3 of his partners to leave.
Ohhh, keep with it, they will take care of you, he said. Ohh, a 30k pay cut is taking care of him. He's still making money off the rent they pay because of his ownership of the property. I have watched from a front row seat how my husband dedicated his life to this company.
Yet here we are struggling to stay a float. I have never heard him in 30 years wake up and say how much he hated that *** place as I have over the last 3 months of his employment. For example, one thing they did. July sent out an email saying all new hires will be paid for holidays right away.
We had new hires. 3 of them that were told work day before and after holiday you will get paid. 7 days before Christmas 2023 an email was sent out saying new hires will not be paid for holiday until 90 days, I believe. 7 days before Christmas.
You know why?? Because they saved 93000 dollars by doing that. I wonder who's pockets that money went into? Not ours, we could barely afford anything for Christmas this year due to pay cut and inflation.
I imagine the CEO, president, owner and his employed children had the best of holidays. I imagine $100 trees $1000 in gifts a huge Christmas dinner I'm sure cost a pretty penny. Ohhh, let me not forget to mention we did receive a $25 Kroger gift card for Christmas. I think we got a loaf of bread, milk, lunch meat, chips, cheese, eggs.
Thanks, TD..Yes yes yes I am a little upset. Not even upset as much as I am hurt for my husband. After 34 years of service, he was offered nothing. Oh, but they did want him to sign a non compete clause when he left..
uuuummmmm no!!! Do you think he's stupid? Well, you know he's not, just like you know he built that store. His customers were, ARE loyal to HIM!!!
NOT TIRE DISCOUNTERS!!! So after 30+ years of service, he has left the correct way. Worked out his two-week notice and left behind a huge part of who he has been. Ohhhh, let mention that his store has been #1 and or in the top 5 of ALL the stores from here to Ohio..
Tell me who did that? Nahhhh never mind, you don't have to tell me because we ALL know who did that!! It's too bad they didn't take care of him like they should have. I feel pretty positive they will be feeling it pretty soon.
ohhhh did I mentioned he was told that if he left and took any of the employees with him, they will come after him in lawsuit!!
Wow !!! If that wasn't a scare tactic or black male, I don't know what it is. Well, maybe I do. They must have a feeling others may walk too.
Pretty sure you cannot come after us if someone else quits because well they know their worth as well. It honestly sounds like his district manager is worried. Worried about that store and his OWN pockets. He needs to be.
Like I told my hubby, no need for a non compete to be signed. It is not going to be a matter of competition. He doesn't have to compete. HIS CUSTOMERS of 30 years will find him and appreciate him.
Most of them are already PROUD of him and wishing him the best of luck in his new adventure. Also, they have said we will follow you anywhere, let me know where you will be and when you start and so forth.
Soooo just a little heads up of knowledge about this company. They are all for making the big men pockets full while working the *** off mentally and physically of their employees and NOT GIVING A ***

I was given a quote by Haley on 1/31/23 for 4 new tires including installation, balancing, and alignment. I had her order the tires.
When I got there, the manager, Brandon, would not honor the quote and was extremely rude to me and talking over me when I was trying to talk. Extremely bad experience and because of that, this store has lost my boyfriends long time relationship with this store. I should have had Walmart order the same tires and had them installed there.
Cheaper price but this place was highly recommended. After reading the reviews for Ohio stores, I am sure I made a bad decision in going to tire discounters in Marysville Ohio

It has not fix.

Absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with my entire life and I am 62 years old. They are bald-faced liars, they don't stand behind their work. Avoid at all costs. I brought my new 2022 truck in to have a simple repair done on the tire which had a slow leak. When they were done, my tire sensor was broken and the tire WAS NOT FIXED. I drove to Florida and little did I know my tire still had *** in it because this pathetic bunch of losers were too STUPID to even have the ability to repair a tire.
If you don't believe me, look at the pics. That is what was left of my sensor and what an official Nissan dealership had to say about these liars.
Their regional manager is aptly named Dan TOOLE and that is exactly what he is. He is a grifter and a liar stating that my sensor "blew apart" when it went flat. I told him, it was a slow leak, IT NEVER WENT FLAT!! It was never flat because I kept it full until I got to you cannibals.
Then they passed me on to "corporate" who then passed me back to the TOOLE who *** all over me again stating that they had video showing t was broken, YEAH BROKEN BECAUSE YOUR TECHNICIAN BROKE IT! This idiot even tried to blame me for it saying I must have hit a pot hole! Can you believe these guys???
So if you want your car broken, have them blame you for them breaking it and then you pay for all their screw ups then by al means go to these guys. They will fix you right up.

Horrible customer service after their mistake
What I thought would be an easy service... an oil change...
something they do every day has turned into a nightmare to say the least! Clint the store manager checked me in and gave me a time frame for pickup... Great! I paid for the service, and we were on our way..
next thing you know the hood is smoking. I get home and come back out later to find a puddle of oil and found a trail of oil all the way down the driveway and in the street. My husband looks under the hood and finds out the tech never put the oil cap back on. He checked the oil and its empty!!!
The store was closed on Sunday. I called Monday morning first thing to talk to Clint. I told him what happened, and he proceeded to tell me they never changed the oil. They said they noticed a leak and didn't service the car and put it back in the lot.
That was all a lie! Clint called me back to tell me they would tow my car to the shop and take care of it. I called him a few times for an update and asked if they would clean the engine from the oil coming out. He said yes.
I asked if I would get my money back because at this point... I couldn't drive the car Saturday evening, all day Sunday and couldn't use it Monday morning for work. I also have a very large oil spot in my driveway. When I got there to pick up the car Clint tells me they did change the oil and he thought I was the other person with a similar car and then says well all of those cars have a leak.
Another lie right in my face. When I asked about compensation.. He tells me they can offer 50 percent off my next visit!!! Are you serious???
I will never come back to this location. I want my money back..I want my time wasted back.
I want my car the same way it was before I came there. I want my driveway in the same condition it was before their mistake.

I took my car in for a difficult to start complaint. The car ran fine, it just had trouble starting when its hot outside.
They performed a fuel injector service to address the long start and I requested a tune up too. They called saying it had a hard idle and needed a coil pack. Put the coil pack in but that didnt work. Tried to send it back to me without fixing the main issue it came in.
I took it out of the lot and it tried to stall on me 2 times in half a mile. I pull off the road and open the hood. The entire engine is knocking. What did they do?
They said they had no idea what was wrong. Towed the car to another dealer and waiting to hear back about what they did to ruin my little car that I JUST BOUGHT.
