Not a good experience. I had to replace a damaged tire on a company vehicle.

I left the car and was told I would get a call back when it was ready. No call. Went in at 4:45 to pick up the car and pay for it. They could not print me a receipt.

I was told they would email it to me. I did not get an email. Called and asked again if they would email it to me. I was told then that they are not able to send emails from that location.

I was told that if I needed a receipt, I would have to dive in and pick one up. That to me is not good customer service!

Product or Service Mentioned: Tire Discounters Tire Replacement.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: General managers people skills.
